I have lived in 6 Countries and have high multi-cultural competency to work with different ethnic groups.

My Approach:

I believe that the path to healing is a gradual one. If you're ready to start a kinder relationship with yourself and other people, then I'd love to work with you. I'm here to help you heal and am committed to your therapeutic success. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as; Psychoanalytic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Interpersonal therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy. I believe in working collaboratively to provide treatment that is individualized to your needs.

My Commitment to Learning:

I am certified in Grief Counseling, Anger Management and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  I am eligible to take Court ordered clients to complete Anger Management classes. I have worked with crisis centers and emergency units, which require acute mental health and suicidal interventions.
